The best option for regular, ongoing client work with everything included. Free hosting, tech support, client communications, and website maintenance as standard. Premium tier adds an AI Marketing Agent that monitors your digital presence and delivers monthly insights. Fixed monthly fee, no hourly billing for covered services.

Details.
01 Payment Terms
Consulting invoices are due within 7 days. Project invoices are due within 14 days of completion. Retainer invoices are issued monthly and due 14 days from end of month. Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge after 30 days.
02 Deposits & Retainers
Projects require a 35% deposit plus any anticipated incidentals before work commences. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
03 Rush Rates
A 40% premium applies to all work requested as rush. Rush classification is determined by turnaround time relative to current workload. Rush work may displace scheduled work at discretion.
04 Hosting
Website hosting is $280/year for non-retainer clients. Application hosting is $500/year or $50/month. Both are included at no additional cost for all retainer clients.
05 Tech Support Scope
Retainer tech support covers troubleshooting, bug fixes, and minor updates to covered systems. Subject to fair use policy. Emergency support outside business hours may incur additional charges at the rush rate.
06 Client Communications
Retainer clients receive included client communications support for routine correspondence, status updates, and coordination. Subject to fair use policy. Non-retainer clients are billed at $165/hr for any client-facing communication work.
07 Security & Maintenance
Covers routine security patches, plugin updates, SSL certificate management, and basic uptime monitoring. Included for retainer clients. Subject to fair use policy. Available at $900/year or $100/month for all others.
08 Referral Incentives
All clients earn credit for successful referrals: 10% on first, 15% on second, 20% on third and beyond. Capped at $500 per referral. Minimum referred project value of $1,000. Credit only, no cashback.
09 Minimum Commitment
Retainers require a 3-month minimum commitment. Projects and consulting have no minimum commitment. Early termination of a retainer within the minimum period will require payment of the balance of the remaining term.
10 Billable Expenses
A $30 admin fee applies to each billable expense processed for non-retainer clients. This fee is waived for all retainer clients. Third-party costs (domains, licenses, stock assets) are passed through at cost.
11 Fair Use Policy
Included retainer services operate under a fair use framework. Excessive or abusive usage patterns may trigger a review. Wallace Corporation reserves the right to scope-adjust any retainer where usage exceeds reasonable bounds.
